“The nation’s most trusted consumer electronics specialty retailer”? I don’t think so. I’ve bought quite a few things from Radio Shack that stopped working almost immediately after unwrapping it. Crappy merchandise and ‘experts’ that are alternately confused or just plain wrong. I only shop there (sometimes) because I like to play with capacitors and cabling and it’s a 185-mile walk to Pacific Radio Electronics in Los Angeles. ~ Bunny

I hate this movie. Julie Roberts is her usual irritating self and Richard Gere is stuffy/comatose as always. A ‘plot’ can only be detected if you’re willing to accept the repulsive stereotypes that moves the narrative along. This film accomplishes the rare feat of attaining quadruple-insult status: it’s simultaneously an insult to women, America, prostitutes, and red dresses. I’ve actually heard people call Pretty Woman their favorite movie - that totally blows my mind. ~ pinky
